Version: 2026-10-19. Published and effective: 19 October 2026.
1. Parties and business capacity
1.1 These Terms are between C.K.C Private Security Services LTD, Cyprus, operating TagNWin, VAT CY10374763W, and the legal entity registering as the Business. Our contact address is Kyriakou Matsi 23, Kariatis 8 Building, 1st Floor, Office 101-102, Agioi Omologites, Nicosia 1082, Cyprus. Contacts: support@tagnwin.com, billing@tagnwin.com, privacy@tagnwin.com and sales@tagnwin.com.
1.2 The person accepting must have authority to bind the Business and provide accurate identity, VAT, address and contact information. The service is purchased for business purposes. The Business is responsible for its authorised users' actions within their authority and for notifying TagNWin of compromised access.
2. Service and contractual documents
2.1 TagNWin provides tools to create and administer eligible Store promotions, record Entries and selections, notify Winners and manage fulfilment. Each Competition has separate, versioned official rules; these Terms do not replace that template. The Business supplies its Store information, permitted content and promised Prizes.
2.2 The accepted order/checkout records the plan, term, charge and tax treatment. A signed Enterprise agreement governs its expressly negotiated variations. General website marketing does not promise additional functionality, guaranteed results or a separate service-level commitment. The Business Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.
3. Registration, roles and access
3.1 Registration requires verified Owner email, legal identity and VAT details, registered address, contact information, Terms acceptance and payment. The Owner controls the subscription and invitations; Managers and Staff have the capabilities provided by their roles. Do not share individual credentials or give a user authority beyond their role.
3.2 Keep Business and Store information accurate and promptly remove access that is no longer needed. Identity changes and ownership transfers follow the prescribed controls. The Business must not circumvent Store limits, a suspension, a payment restriction or publication checks by creating substitute accounts or providing false identity information.
4. Plans, prices, tax and initial offer
4.1 Standard plans are flat Store-band prices for whole 3-, 6- or 12-month terms, paid upfront. Prices exclude VAT. A monthly equivalent is a comparison only, not monthly billing. Eleven or more Stores requires an Enterprise arrangement. The final checkout/order shows the whole-term amount and applicable taxes before purchase.
4.2 Card payment is required for ordinary signup. The first-time legal-entity offer deducts one equivalent month from the first upfront invoice for the selected band/term; it is not a trial. Eligibility is tied to legal-entity identity and cannot be renewed by using another email. Later purchases and resubscriptions do not receive that offer.
4.3 Tax treatment uses the Business's verified circumstances. Provide accurate VAT information and cooperate with verification and corrections. A format check alone does not establish reverse-charge eligibility. Invoices and credit notes are provided through the payment provider's invoice surfaces.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
5.1 The subscription renews on the same Store-band and term basis unless the Owner cancels or schedules a permitted change. The renewal amount is notified 14 days before the charge. Cancellation takes effect at the current paid-through date and does not shorten a published Competition or remove fulfilment obligations.
5.2 No refund or credit is due merely because the Business stops using the service or cancels part-way through a prepaid term. TagNWin may grant a reasoned discretionary credit note through its authorised process. Mandatory rights and remedies for TagNWin's own legally actionable breach remain unaffected.
6. Store changes, cover and payment failure
6.1 Higher Store-band changes may take effect immediately with the disclosed current-term proration and adjustments for already purchased future terms. Lower bands and changes of term length take effect at renewal. The Owner sees the applicable quote before confirming. A published Competition must finish within paid cover; additional cover may be purchased upfront through the prescribed early-renewal flow.
6.2 Payment failure does not erase debt or published promises. TagNWin uses the recorded retry and account-state process and may restrict new activity when payment remains outstanding. Cancellation does not waive accrued sums. Access needed for already-published Prize fulfilment is preserved as specified by the product's account-state rules; no general data wipe or withdrawal of Prizes follows a billing failure.
7. Stores and Competition publication
7.1 The Business must have authority to operate each submitted Store and run the promotion there. It is responsible for accurate location, dates, content, Prize descriptions, values and availability. Do not advertise a Prize you cannot lawfully provide or impose undisclosed conditions. The launch product covers Cyprus and Greece; no new market is authorised by these Terms alone.
7.2 Authoring across Stores creates a separate Competition and Prize pool for each Store within a Group. Permitted pre-start changes update the official-rule versions; once started, substantive Competition promises are locked. Only permitted logistics and specific approved remedies remain available. The Business can cancel before start through the prescribed Group process; live termination requires TagNWin's recorded operation.
8. Prize supply and continuing obligations
8.1 The Business must secure and provide its promised goods or services, keep suitable collection arrangements, train authorised staff and honour each stored claim deadline. A Prize is not a general cash entitlement. Substitution requires the prescribed reason, an equal-or-higher-value replacement, Platform approval and the confirmed Winner's acceptance where required. No unilateral downgrade is permitted.
8.2 Subscription cancellation, non-payment, Store closure or account restriction does not remove published fulfilment obligations. Notify TagNWin promptly of shortages, closure or insolvency risk. Cooperate with lawful remediation, disputes and reserve awards and preserve the relevant records.
9. Collection costs and handover
9.1 The Business must not require an entry payment, a purchase, a claim/release fee or a paid alternative as a condition of receiving a Prize. Apply only the approved collection instructions, confirm the code and identification, and record a truthful handover. An adult representative may present the code and their own identification. Never store an identity-document image or home address in handover records; document number and handover photo are optional within the approved privacy process.
9.2 A person under 18 may not receive a Prize. An underage representative is refused that handover without changing the adult Winner's claim. Suspected Winner ineligibility is reported to TagNWin for the recorded dispute process; Store staff cannot summarily cancel the win. Only record receipt after actual handover and use the approved fallback when device confirmation is unavailable.
9.3 The Winner bears personal collection-related expenses, including travel, transport, fuel, parking and a representative's expenses. TagNWin does not cover or reimburse those expenses except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The Business must disclose the collection location and instructions accurately and must not use this allocation to impose collection, claim or release charges.
10. Winner information and exported files
10.1 Use permitted Winner name, phone, email and claim information solely to arrange and evidence fulfilment. Restrict access to authorised staff; do not use it for advertising, contact-list enrichment, unrelated profiling or disclosure to unrelated third parties. The Business cannot browse Members who have not become confirmed Winners and receives no home address or home pin.
10.2 Contact views and exports are logged. The Competition-scoped Winner/Delivery CSV excludes Claim Codes, addresses, reserves and non-winners; permitted contact access ends when the assignment closes. Protect downloaded copies, control onward access, honour the approved retention schedule and cooperate with privacy requests and incident investigation. Report suspected misuse promptly to privacy@tagnwin.com without exposing more personal data than necessary.
11. Business content and platform intellectual property
11.1 The Business retains its content rights and warrants that it has the rights and permissions necessary for its uploaded text, images, logos and Prize descriptions. It must not submit misleading claims, unlawful material or content implying unauthorised endorsement. It grants TagNWin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content, and use necessary service providers, solely to operate and present its authorised Competitions and retain required historical records.
11.2 TagNWin and its licensors retain platform, software and brand rights. The Business may use supplied posters and materials for their intended promotion, without altering codes or falsely representing an endorsement. No source-code transfer, resale right or ownership in the platform is granted.
12. AI-assisted artwork and moderation
12.1 Image generation is optional and does not guarantee accuracy, originality or freedom from third-party rights. The Business must inspect and approve the final artwork before printing or publication and verify that it accurately represents the Prize. Do not remove required AI disclosures, provenance or watermarks, bypass filters or request unlawful content.
12.2 TagNWin may screen, refuse or remove content through the applicable moderation process where justified by law, rights concerns or the service rules. Content review is not a legal clearance or a guarantee by TagNWin. Removal does not silently erase already-published Prize obligations.
13. Security, support access and confidentiality
13.1 Keep credentials confidential, use only authorised users, maintain appropriate security for downloaded data and notify TagNWin of suspected compromise. Cooperate with proportionate verification and investigation. Do not obtain or disclose another Business's confidential information or interfere with service security.
13.2 Support access to Business information follows the recorded, reasoned, time-limited support and audit process with Business notice. This does not permit unrelated use. Each party must protect the other’s non-public business information and use it only to perform or enforce the agreement. Necessary disclosure to personnel, service providers and professional advisers subject to confidentiality duties, or to authorities where legally required, is permitted. These duties do not cover information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully obtained without a confidentiality restriction, and survive for as long as the information remains confidential.
14. Availability and commercial outcomes
14.1 TagNWin does not promise particular footfall, sales, Entry counts, revenue or commercial success. Internet, devices and external providers may be unavailable. The Business should maintain its own necessary business records and practical fulfilment arrangements without making unauthorised copies of Member data.
14.2 Subject to express commitments and mandatory law, reasonable maintenance and events outside TagNWin's reasonable control may affect availability. This does not authorise arbitrary abandonment of Competitions or exclude mandatory remedies. No compensation or service-credit scheme is created by these Terms unless separately agreed in writing.
15. Suspension, termination and offboarding
15.1 TagNWin may apply proportionate restrictions for evidenced misuse, security risk, legal requirements or unpaid sums through the recorded account-state processes. The Business's self-service closure is subject to outstanding debt, Competitions and Prize obligations. A Platform closure records the reason and consequences; it does not silently refund, waive debt, redraw or erase evidence.
15.2 Obligations that appropriately survive include accrued payment, Prize fulfilment, permitted record retention, confidentiality, intellectual-property restrictions and lawful data handling. Requests for access, copies, portability or deletion may be handled manually through support/privacy; no generic automatic offboarding export is promised.
16. Liability allocation
16.1 Subject to clause 16.3, TagNWin's total contractual and non-contractual liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Business for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Connected events are treated as one event occurring on the date of the first event. If the subscription has existed for less than 12 months, the cap is the fees paid since its start before that event. The cap applies in aggregate to claims arising from the same or connected events.
16.2 To the extent law permits, TagNWin does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, business opportunity or anticipated savings. No voluntary guarantee of the Business's Prize obligations or external suppliers is created. The Business must take reasonable steps to limit loss.
16.3 Nothing excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, mandatory data-protection liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The allocation must not defeat non-excludable obligations to Members or legally required remedies.
17. Business indemnity
17.1 The Business indemnifies TagNWin for reasonable, evidenced losses and third-party claims caused by the Business's breach of its content-rights warranties, unlawful use of Winner data or failure to supply its promised Prizes, to the extent attributable to that Business. TagNWin must notify it, permit reasonable participation in the defence and mitigate loss. The indemnity does not cover TagNWin's own unlawful conduct or non-excludable responsibility and does not authorise settlement that binds the Business without its reasonable consent.
18. Changes and communications
18.1 Keep Owner and Manager contact details current. Transactional notices concerning billing, Competitions and obligations use the applicable product channels. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively with appropriate advance notice and renewed acceptance where required. Existing fulfilment must remain possible and historical rules must not be overwritten.
19. Law, language and disputes
19.1 These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Subject to mandatory law and any expressly agreed written Enterprise variation, the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between TagNWin and the Business. Greek and English texts are provided; the Greek text prevails in a conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful, without removing mandatory rights or changing published Prize promises.
19.2 Raise contractual disputes with support@tagnwin.com and billing disputes with billing@tagnwin.com, identifying the account and issue. This does not suspend statutory remedies or shorten applicable limitation periods.
